A highlight for our club, in 2019, was hosting the annual Irish Setter Club Of America's National Specialty in Asheville, NC. We are very proud of making this event one to remember.
We hope to add more activities to our list.

Vision Statement
Carolina Irish Setter Club is being formed for the benefit and enjoyment of Irish Setter owners who want to participate in club meetings and activities. Our vision is for the club to be an active supportive community centered on our shared interest in Irish Setters. This club will be run by the membership in a democratic manner where every member has an equal voice in all major decisions including but not limited to how club money and other resources are used, selection of judges and meeting dates & locations. The club officers and Directors will conduct ALL club business in an open and transparent manner as a part of regularly scheduled business meetings that welcome and involve the entire membership. Decisions are never to be made “behind closed doors” or by a small group of individuals. All members are to do everything in their power to avoid forming control cliques or voting blocks that create discord, alienate members and ultimately lead to loss of membership and overall club vitality.
